Shipping Terms


U.S. Domestic Shipping

Orders ship every Tuesday. Orders placed after 3pm PST on Monday will ship on Tuesday of the following week.

Domestic shipping starts at $3.95 and increases based on quantity/weight.

Most packages are sent via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Make sure your shipping address and contact info are correctly entered at checkout. Unless you specify to us that you want to pay to fully insure your package, we are not liable for loss or damage. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Standard shipping usually takes 2-9 business days, depending on destination.


Los Angeles Local Pickup

Local pickups can be made from our office at the Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. Please email shop@apogeegraphics.la to make an appointment to ensure you receive your item.


Parking at the Bonaventure Hotel

The Bonaventure parking lot is accessible through the entrance on Flower Street. Parking fees begin at $15 per hour. Valet is available.


International Shipping

International customers must email us your order and we will calculate your shipping cost before you make your purchase. International shipments are sent via US Postal Service and rates are calculated by total order weight in order to best approximate actual charges.

Customs fees may apply depending on tariff rules in your country. Your country’s customs office may in rare cases delay the arrival of your package beyond our control. The customer is responsible for any fees or taxes added by their country’s customs office.


Returns/Exchanges 

All items are final sale. Please keep in mind we are not liable for loss or damage in the mail. We recommend insuring and tracking whenever possible.
